Project name: Meta Campfire - 2nd Edition: folklore theme
Project Accounting:
Our second edition of the Meta Campfire was great!
We held the event at our parcel on Voxels. The event lasted approximately 4h.
We had 6 writers on the event and a storyteller to read all the stories. More than 80 people attended the event and visited the space. We had an after party after the official part of the event.
We made a video promotion for the event to be shared on our socials, one wearable was given to everyone that attended, one Mintbase NFT will be given to all writers and an extra Mintbase NFT will be gifted to the winner as a welcome list (pre-approval) spot to the next edition (see all these links bellow).
We’ve announced NEAR Foundation and Creatives DAO as our sponsors.

Only the certificate NFTs to the writers have yet to be sent.
Highlights and Final Products:
We had lots of people coming and hearing stories, gathering together to spend quality time together. Besides it, one wearable NFT was given to everyone that attended, one Mintbase NFT will be given to all writers and an extra Mintbase NFT will be gifted to the winner as a welcome list (pre-approval) spot to the next edition.

Learnings:
We need to reinforce that presence at the event is mandatory to be qualified and do better marketing of it next time. Last edition we had more time to do it.
