I’m Hai Vu, a member of the project ops team, under the NEAR Concierge team, in charge of supporting Aurora Defi projects, the Octopus app chains, and Infrastructure projects as follows:

Moderation, support for 10-12 users per day on NEAR Discord and other related communities.
