The most exciting activity for the next week will be taking the first steps for the BlockJobs dapp to grow my friend 
A cross collab between guilds like OWS, Near Venezuela, and Near Argentina.
Let’s use this opportunity to share with all of you fam last week advances:

- 3 - 6 meetings per day
- Support for 10-20 users per day
- 10 hours / 6 days this week
- Moderation and other community-related activities (Telegram & Discord) as you can see from the Telegram Reports

I participate with them in several discussions, participate on a meeting with Erik to talk about Guild Ops and learn more about House of Guilds proposal, also helped with the following Guilds:

- Create a tag for Near Canada - Thanks to @David_NEAR
- Create our own webpage for the Project Ops team and Ecosystem Success team as we are working together and it will be useful to onboard project leaders - Thanks @HaiVu for creating this doc
- Review the options regarding the audit and review of the Guilds activities (Pending still) @Jloc maybe we can organize a meeting with @mecsbecs to talk about it
New Projects Onboarded
In just one month using our form from project ops we have onboarded 30 projects into our list. More to come 
ecosystem is growing fast! 
From the last week
- Meeting about BlockJobs → Now we just created a group to start working on the next steps

xClaim meeting with the Concierge Team → Very helpful the xClaimClub is now known by the Mods and they received good feedback from @bailey12 so they are going to be audited soon
- Acommpaning ATOCHA Protocol on the next steps → They shared with me a google doc with the draft to announce the Guild creation, I will like to organize a meeting first with the Malaysia Guild
- Next steps of collaboration with Otoco → Groups created, Marketing Vertical may run the first experiment using their services, and we also asked the Legal Guild team to join an AMA but they said they are busy right now so maybe later
