[Approved] NxM monthly Discord Trivia For December

Hello NxM council

This Proposal is a request to host the monthly NxM discord Trivia for the month of December on the 23rd.

Details regarding the administration and execution of the trivia for this month remains the same as of last month’s request
As stated in the poster: First prize is $60 in NEAR, Second Prize is $40 in NEAR and the third price $20 in NEAR
All totalling $120 in NEAR to be requested from the NxM DAO treasury for this activity
