UPDATE
The Council decided to cancel this Physical Event. The main reason we’ve chosen this date was the proximity to Near Con, but maybe it was too ambitious to finish the residency on the 15th and to launch a catalogue on the 30th. The artists in residence are still in the beginning of their research projects and we think we need more time to make it the best we can.
For info the funds for the physical event will remain in the DAO’s funds (renting 2 screens + 1 VR set = 300 USD - 39N + Printing = 300 USD - 39N + Photographer = 100 USD - 13N + Event production = 450 USD - 59N + crew catering = 130 USD - 17N) and we will use for future activities of the DAO.
We are still launching the digital version of the Catalogue in November with a virtual event. Plus, we will organize a physical exhibition and catalogue launching in the next quarter (2022), that will represent/be useful for promoting the next edition of Poliedro.
