Update to the Community Guidelines

As everything in the NEAR Ecosystem, the Community Guidelines are living and organic.

We’ve recently implemented a change to the Community Guidelines here (and on the Wiki) which has been highlighted below:

You should not:

1. Make personal attacks on other community members;
2. Use defamatory remarks or make false statements against others;
3. Post prejudiced comments or profanity;
4. Post sexually explicit content;
5. Post discriminating content, this includes content around religion and politics;
6. Bully or make inflammatory remarks to other community members;
7. Post spam
