Our project was to create a workshop that present the design thinking to creators, for atend a briefing. The AfrikaBurn Fundraise project demanded that the arts were related to the event, and its concept, their principles, aestetics, etc.
As most none of the participants had no contact with the AfrikaBurn, we had to develop a process that would generate result that pass this on.
We create a dynamic between telegram for chat, gdrive for files, and the forum for the research.
3 week of absorving the concept, learning some basics at minting, to finish a pratical exercise where we made a colective list of words that defined the AfrikaBurn, then we asked everyone to add some words that arent there, then choose 10 to create a artpiece using a VQGAN+CLIP
Them each one have their own AI collab piece, then we suggested that everyone took that piece, and create a new version influenced by that piece.
Them we would mint the AI version as a multiple to sell at 1N - 10N and the new version as a 1/1 to list as 10N - 50N. We had some problems with the AfrikaBurn store, storage, then some arts were not minted yet.
