Project title: Rust developer course in Platzi.com
One-liner: Introduce NEAR Protocol to the Platzi student community which is more than 3 million students throughout Latin America and Spain. Offer an introductory course to develop a smart contract built on Rust.
Goal: Distribute 250 scholarships so students can learn Rust and be exposed to NEAR Protocol to develop smart contracts. Also mention the Aurora EVM network
