Progress :
- refactoring of 5 new react dapps which were created in Feb and started working on new app which is working with NCD L1 cold chain smart contract
- refactored 5 angular examples, which is working with existing NCD L1 smart contracts
- finished second working Svelte example. It will be added in Learn-NEAR.L2 repos in new branch with the name: Svelte
- started preparation for first NCD orientational session in Russian, it is planned for April
