We are glad we were able to start our first project under the Near x Art Dao although we received funds late. Big shout out to @ted.iv for leading us through the whole process; thank you.

Our First Project: Creating utility with NFT

**1.**We were able to produce unique tokens with its physical form available for shipping.

**2.**We also opened a new store which entails both digital and physical nfts. In essence, any token purchased from this store will have its physical copy delivered to the collectors/buyers at no cost.check out our store here

**3.**We shot four professional videos for the promotion of these NFTs. This video entails the concept and story behind each minted token. Check out the videos below

Our second project: open bounty [Pet & Wildlife]

We made an open call for creatives to showcase their loved ones. So far, we have added about seven persons as minters in the pet and wildlife store. The competition is currently ongoing and we have 3 nfts in the store now.
We would love to keep the bounty open till we have enough entries for our store.petandwildlife store

@Supercoolkay for the “creating utility with NFT” project it seems like it was all paid out to one wallet via the astrodao, who is a council member and is also one of the two “YES” votes that passed the transaction. Aside from this there is no real documentation of how the funds were spent: https://app.astrodao.com/dao/nearxart.sputnik-dao.near/proposals/nearxart.sputnik-dao.near-4

There was a consensus among the council members before the funds was requested. The other councils may have left it since it was already stamped approved.

The funds were channeled to the following

  • Production of the art NFTs - $500 :

  • Bounty for artist - $300

  • Renting of space: $100

  • Promotion material: $100

Let me know if you have any other questions.

I believe that this 2 should be made separately & directly from DAO wallet to the final artists If it is another person. So for transparency, community can check:

  • Who was responsible for the Production of the art?
  • Wo received bounty?

Hi @williamx

Due to the nature of this project, the payment was made to the artist not through near platform.

However for future projects, I will put this into consideration and pay the artists from the DAO wallet.

We had over 10 NFT of arts produced.

However, we did not mint all the arts due to the preference in the qualify we would like to deliver. Kindly check this video for other arts that did not make it to the store
