Hi everyone
Near Hausa is a native language-based community that was founded in April, after some discussion and advice from Bakaka, a core contributor for the regional community, we first started in our personal groups to create some sections for the Near engagements and activities. After we started this way, he further advised us to start a fresh from scratch with social accounts with Near names and team that help us to achieve our goal.

We have been working organically to build the community and engage in ecosystem activities too for us to have a broader knowledge on what is going on,
In this report, we will share what we achieved so far, challenges and what is our ongoing activities.
Without receiving any funds from the community, we grow our community to be among the top performance in the entire ecosystem twitter tag by Nearity.
Social media performance in the ecosystem
What we achieved:
Twitter growth From 0-750+
Telegram From 0-1700+
We Onboarded 44 IAH i-am-human
Near social For Near social we have only 8 followers
Wallet Creation: More than 300+ wallet have been created in the community
All the above growth is organic and our reports are also available in community tracking sheets ongoing growths, thank you @Dk_51 for your outstanding job there.
Challenges
We faced some Challenges and continue facing, starting a new community that is entirely related to one ecosystem and not related to airdrop or rewards for community is very difficult, members need to learn and understand about the ecosystem and it benefits before attract engagements, and Mods and social media managers and contents writers need to give timeless hours to support, all this without any supports in terms of funding which is very very difficult. But, we managed to overcome some Thank you for Bakaka and other admins once again for encouragement when we feel down.
Up next…
The ecosystem projects now started recognizing us and have some conversations going on how to help and promote them in our regionals communities and create a partnership with. we have upcoming AMA with ShardDog tomorrow and ongoing discussions with other on how we can localize the content for more visibility and engagements.
we onboarded new 7 web2 devs who are exploring bOS right now, hoping to build some widgets and components before end of the month
Our community is more focused on builders and creators, we are planning for some IRL education program for bOS i the upcoming month and creators too. a cohort based
We will shift our activities to Near social and increase our presence there too and explore other strategies to onboard more bOS builders.
