MILESTONE #1:

Nerdconf Argentina is reeeeeally close and we can’t wait!

With +400 nerds already registered, we believe the first event will rock!

Without further due, here’s our report - but first, we want to thank the Meta Pool curators and team because they’ve been there for us in case we had any questions.

MILESTONE #1: STATUS_ACHIEVED.

Description:

Coordinate with the Meta Pool staff to do the talk/workshop.

Begin promotion and ad campaigns for the event with Meta Pool on the flyers and graphics.

Deliverables:

Coordination meeting summary with Meta Pool team and the name of the people that will host the talks/workshops in the different countries.

Promotion and ad campaign materials (social media posts, press releases, etc.).

After a selection process, here are the Meta Pool team members that will host the talks in the Nerd tour:

— Argentina, Rous y Lucas.

— Colombia, Lina.

— México, Abraham.

Nerdconf Argentina R O C K E D !!!
We are so excited to tell you that we have reached our second milestone.

  • 1200 nerds registered and 402 showed up throught the two days.
    Without further due, here’s our report:

MILESTONE #2: STATUS_ACHIEVED.
Description:
Host the NERDCONF ARGENTINA edition. The Meta Pool team will have a 30 minute talk on the main stage. Plus, the logos will be placed on the web, the registration site and the event IRL.

Deliverables:
Logo placement and brand awareness.
Host the Argentina event.

ABOUT THE LOGO PLACEMENT, BRAND AWARENESS AND IMPRESSIONS:
On the IRL event, we had the Meta Pool logo projected onto the ceiling of the venue, among other logos of sponsors.
It was running all day during the 2 days of the event.

I know we submitted this last time, but its part of the Argentina campaign.

Plus, pay the Argentina and Colombia speakers the travel fees.

  • Brand awareness.
  • Host the Colombia event.

We payed Meta Pool speakers 373,5 USDT for viatics and accomodation if needed.

Besides engaging with 16 communities, we did an alliance with Soy Hodler, one of the biggest and most important and reliable crypto media outlets on LATAM.

About the metrics we had 6,2k website visits.

  • 1100 nerds registered and +550 showed up throught the two days.
    Most of them were web 2, so we did lots of onboarding!

+30 interacted with Lina for we placed some characteristics of Meta Pool on the human bingo. This way she told them 1 to 1 about Meta Pool and its benefits.
