I’m pleased to present the tasks I carried out for Meta Pool in Venezuela during February. My main goal continues to be creating educational content, strengthening governance participation, and building strong community spaces through Web3. To achieve this, I carried out the following:
During February, we organized two educational workshops: one focused on Restaking on Solana, breaking down one of the most relevant concepts in the ecosystem right now, and another on how to run a node with Meta Pool, a hands-on session designed to show participants that decentralization is something anyone can actively contribute to.
I also hosted three X Spaces throughout the month. The first was a Space I hosted myself, where we discussed the Build Buddies events that took place in Venezuela both in Maracaibo and Caracas and covered the third round of Node Studio. The second was a Space with Waylearn, where we talked about everything coming up in Q1 for Meta Pool. The third was a Space with Web3Gals, focused on validator nodes and bringing more people into the conversation around Web3 infrastructure.
This month, we held a Build Buddies community gathering on February 21st in Maracaibo, where we explored a key question: can DeFi and Blockchain be explained in terms everyone can understand? The answer was yes. Participants learned together, connected with new people, and contrasted the crypto world with traditional finance a conversation that made Web3 feel more accessible and real for everyone in the room.
As part of content creation efforts, I published a monthly recap thread on X summarizing all February activities and highlighting key moments from the month. I also published a thread on X about MPIP-25, contributing to governance participation and helping the community stay informed on important protocol decisions.
February reaffirmed that community is the most valuable asset in this space. I remain energized and committed to continuing our mission of growing the community, reaching more people through education, and supporting everything Meta Pool stands for in making DeFi more accessible and user friendly for everyone.
Looking ahead, March is already shaping up to be even bigger, with more Build Buddies events, collaborations, and learning opportunities on the way.
