One-liner: Bringing grant leads to Near University, bringing leads for partners to onboard new students to NDC, digital marketing strategy, advising.

First month, a lot of onboarding discussions, working on a digital marketing plan for NEAR University, assessing OKRs of twitter and instagram. Assessing new twitter approach for organic growth.

Content strategy for AMAs on discord and twitter spaces.

Organizing a Near twitter spaces for the engaged members and leaders of the NEAR community to discuss issues and create actionable steps. Host the twitter space, host discord AMA.

A few new leads and potential grantees.

Assessing relevant events and conferences for NEAR University.

Advising on growth strategies and relevant partners or not.

Supporting new fellows of NEAR University within blockchain sphere and ecosystem, finding new leads and preparing marketing strategies for new partners (Hackathon in Texas), ETHDenver attendance.

Talking to Canadian organisations to bring NEAR University’s courses to them.
