I had the wonderful opportunity to represent the C1 Foundation at the NftyTribe NFT Art Expo held in Abuja, alongside @Dedeukwu
The purpose of the expo was to showcase designs created by kids, community members and people affiliated with C1 Foundation and to introduce the Near blockchain to a broader audience. The event marked the launch of NftyTribe’s marketplace, the market place is incorporating Near on its POS (point of sale)
The partnership between C1 Foundation and NftyTribe has just begun with legal matters being handled by our lawyers, further solidifying this exciting collaboration.

Event Overview:
The NftyTribe NFT Art Expo was a vibrant gathering where various communities came together to showcase their artistic creations. The expo primarily focused on NFT art, a digital form of art that utilizes blockchain technology to establish ownership and provenance. The event provided a platform for artists and collectors to connect and explore the potential of NFTs.
A lot of people were in attendance, many of whom had no prior idea of web3, for instance my grandma and mother were in attendance and they told me they had the best time. even without knowing in-depth about the technology. They all took in the art, VR, history, and overall experience.
C1 Foundation’s Participation:
Our primary objective was to showcase the positive impact of C1 Foundation’s initiatives, Near ecosystem, Shiny gloves and our other partners.
Furthermore, we took this opportunity to present our website, highlighting the various programs, projects, and collaborations that C1 Foundation is engaged in. The website served as a comprehensive resource for visitors to learn more about our organization and its mission to empower communities through art and innovation.
Near Blockchain Introduction:
One of the key aspects of our participation was introducing the Near blockchain to a wider audience. We aimed to educate visitors about the benefits and possibilities offered by this innovative technology.
Dedeukwu, the advisor and co-founder of C1 Guild, was present to guide the large crowd and visitors who were having their first interaction with web3 on how to open a Near wallet.
Partnership Building:
The collaboration between C1 Foundation and NftyTribe holds immense potential for fostering artistic growth and technological advancements. To ensure a strong foundation, our legal teams have been actively working together to handle the necessary legalities.
This partnership signifies a shared vision and commitment to empowering artists and communities through blockchain and NFT technologies.

Funding:
The legal documents are being achieved alongside the legal agreement of our partnership with Nftytribe with the $100 proposed.
We both (@Dedeukwu & @reespect) sponsored our trip to Abuja with $100 dollar each.
$700 went to technical and event support.
Conclusion:
Attending the NftyTribe NFT Art Expo on behalf of C1 Foundation was an enriching experience.
I had a great time, meeting more like minded people and experiencing the expo.
The partnership between C1 Foundation and NftyTribe marks the beginning of a promising journey, and we are excited about the positive impact it will have on both organizations and the communities we serve.
