Progress has been slow but steady, only two tasks were completed, but others are well on the way.
In October we will still be focusing on our main developer mission
I’m predicting we will get three tickets done outlined in our repo task board
Each task will have a bounty of 50N ($450 at ~$9 per N at the time of writing) for a total of $1350.

These ended up being taken over by our newest council member Kodandi who has been hosting weekly twitter spaces for Near Artists.
Digipedia will host 2 special spaces for HypeDAO in the month of October, and speak in 4 more. This is a crucial part for outreach about the Near Protocol and HypeDAO. The requested budget is
Spaces (Host and Speak in) - $50 each, for Spaces with at least 30 members in the audience. Total $200.

Due to health troubles for a council member no progress was made in October, we will reserve and carry over the budget till we have a firm idea of what will happen on this project.
I would like to propose a new art-project for Hype that is open to public participation and gets artists working together directly.
The objective is to get all willing HypeDAO artists to collaborate on artworks together. Artists will start a piece and pass it off to another participant. Several rounds of this go on. By the end, we have a number of artworks created by the HypeDAO collective that can be minted on Mintbase with a profit split between artists.

Our Medium account can use some fresh content. This month I would like to request a budget for writing two articles.
The first article should be about HypeDAO’s plans. Website roadmap, art battles and collabs.
The second article should be an educational post about DAOs. Include sections on different DAO tech, whats possible, whats being done, what might come next.
Both articles should have a call to action where folks can participate and earn $HYPE.

This collection round was started a little late, at the beginning of November, but was completed.
For the month of October I would like to do a trial round of purchasing related to our discussion here .
The budget for this trial will be 40N or $360.
We will create a forum post for artists to submit their minted NEAR works and encourage community members to upvote/like their favorites.
