We are officially starting the NEAR HACKS tour! NEAR Hacks is the monthly series of hacker houses / hackathons in real life to accelerate the development of projects building on NEAR. (We also allow people to submit projects digitally).
We are by the community for the community, and are making a PSA that we want community partners to help us bring the next generation of founders and developers to NEAR.
Our Objectives
- Onboard 2000 new developers in the next year to the NEAR Ecosystem
- Build educational materials to serve as open resource for NEAR, infrastructure projects, and security
- Fill in the gaps for the ecosystem, providing Ecosystem as A Service, as a resource outside the NEAR Foundation & Pagoda
- Seed community hubs along the way across America that have monthly technical, educational, and social meetups
- Onboard over 100 long lasting founders & equip them with resources, co-founders, etc
- Provide office hours, workshops, resources, prizes, & funding to support the network
- Provide an in real life entry point for anyone trying to engage in the NEAR Ecosystem, and serve as the physical & mobile hq for the ecosystem
- Pipeline developers into existing hackathons to Metabuild III and other NEAR developer oriented initiatives
- Building long lasting relationships with key infrastructure projects in the ecosystem
- Use NEAR HACKS as a crowdsourced & stakeholder funded bounty board that gets judged, awarded, and updated at the end of every monthly NEAR HACKS. For more info go to nearhacks.com/bounty
- Set a blueprint for anyone around the world to organize satellite NEAR HACKS and Hacker Houses

- Special application integration for NEAR HACKS. (Ex; NFT Tickets, reputation badges, hackathon submission platform, team matching system, token gated livestreaming, metaverse integration for partners)
