Project Description:
Whole Car is a weekly Graffiti activity for the community that uses the “whole car” theme with a template that artists will fill in with their artwork.
The idea is to get graffiti writers to participate to win prizes, improve and showcase their skills. This sort of engagement in common at physical events and is something we feel will add value to the community and generate interest in GraffBase and the Graffiti DAO as we look to expand our membership and bring people into the Near ecosystem.

Prizes:
We will offer a 25 N prize for the best submission of the week. Eventually, when we’re able to distribute our $GRAFF token, we will offer prizes in our token as well!
NFTs:
Ideally we want to mint all submissions under the Whole Car store on Mintbase that will be created by graffiti.near. But this will depend whether the artists submitting will want their pieces minted. We will of course make this optional, but at the same time encourage artists to allow us to mint and to make stores.
Onboarding:
Much of what this project is about will be related to onboarding. We will assist in the process through outreach as well as helping artists set up Near wallets, if not gifting them to those who request.
