Reggae in the Streets (Cameroon)
Greetings to you all,
We appreciate you all for your constructive responses to each of our proposals. This is the third month we are missing fundings and we hope everything goes well this time around.
We are proposing to launch another event called Reggae in the streets.
This is an event whereby music is made available to everybody regardless or age. There is no restriction, no limitation.
There will be a dj churning out instrumentals, there will be two microphones and soeakers will be setup to blast the music far and near.
Soometime during the event, there will be NEAR education where people will be educated about the Near Protocol.
Things they will be taught
- What the Near Protocol is
- How to create a Near Wallet
- How to send and receive money
- Registering on the forum
And so on and so forth.
There will be a backdrop that has Near Protocol related deisgns where people can take pictures and Near Wallets will be created instantly for people.
Also, there will be t-shirts as gifts for people who come to freestyle, there is no winner and there is no loser, everybody gets a gift of t-shirt for participating in freestyling and Near Wallets for listening.
I will be the coordinator but will also bring on board two of the locality’s famous artistes.

Tshirts (purchase and designs) - 200usd
Dj and sound system - 150usd
Venue: 150usd
Refreshments: 100usd
Near (in usd) for wallet creation: 50usd
2 Artistes: 200usd (100usd each)
