[PROPOSAL] Prize for best wearable book + NEAR NFT

Used Budget: 500 usdc (100 usdc more we had on treasury to give more prizes and keep people from voxels interested on NEAR)

We launched an award on Voxels, on ethereum blockchain, to pay on NEAR Blockchain for people to produce voxels books. @Cluny was the winner of the 1 st prize and received 200 DAI, and @markeetox received the second prize of 100 DAI. Noth paid on NEAR blockchain and added to our community on telegram. With this, we could onboard Markeetox and Cluny, 2 important people from Voxels Metaverse on NEAR.

We decided then to make another award, this time minting on NEAR Blockchain, and we had 5 submissions from 4 people, but we considered just the 4 first submissions. The winner @sena won 100 usdc and the other 3 received a participation prize of 33.69 usdc: @JackieSieras @gushlewis @34omer53.

Updated Project Timeline:

The project was not completed in the appropriate time. If there are more resources in the treasury, we are thinking in making a halloween prize too.

Highlights and Final Products:

We could produce 2 different awards and give 6 different prizes, from which 5 for new people on NEAR, what stimulates participation and becoming an active member.

Learnings:

The project was interesting. We got many people participating in the first, and people who participated in the first participating in the second. So it was a good thing to make an award first for voxels wearables and then for NEAR NFTs, as an onboarding path. We could learn that Awards + Bounties are a nice way to onboard and to help new people to participate more in the community.
