[Proposal] Most Valuable Creative

Purpose: To reward the most active member in NearWoman community.

Time frame/ Period: Monthly

Grading system: The most valuable creative will be chosen based on the following criteria:

  1. Level of contribution to the growth of Near creative dao via NearWoman community.
  2. Active participation
  3. On chain contribution (e.g Astrodao,)
    4.Referals and onboarded artist.
  4. Woman empowerment contribution.
  5. No. of NFTs minted & sold.

Budget for 2 months:

  • $100 * 2 = $200 - Most valuable creative

  • $50 * 2 = $100 - 1st runner

Key metrics:

  • Support artist participation in Nearwoman activities
  • Facilitate on chain transaction; as this is a major criteria to select a winner.
  • This reward system will encourage artists to keep creating without limit.
  • Onboard creatives to Nearwoman community; as onboarding is a criteria to select the Most Valuable Creative.
