The Project: Creation and video performance of 3 authorial songs that seek to inspire and creatively stimulate the listeners. The presentation will have a playful visual that matches the peculiar aesthetics of blue Lofi Man.
About the artist: Bernardo Peixoto is an audiovisual producer, music producer and sound designer. Born in 1992 in Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro, he has been living in Lisbon for 4 years. He was always introduced in the audiovisual and music medium, started his professional career with audio in 2009 when he worked in radio stations in Rio de Janeiro. In his portfolio he counts with his own compositions, production of the album “Beleza Isolar” from the singer Leo Middea and several music videos and documentaries.
In early 2020 he created the character Blue Lofi Man, Bernardo’s secret identity, created to perform his compositions as a DJ. He quickly became a major figure in Lisbon. With an irreverent look that draws the public’s eyes to himself, he took part in Leo Middea’s “Temporada na Varanda” event, which had a strong repercussion in Portugal. Blue Lofi Man doesn’t live by Lo-fi alone, besides performing with his Lo-fi compositions, he also performs in various events, such as “Bailão do Blue”, a Pop Funk event.
The proposal: Create 3 unreleased Lofi compositions + 3 video performances of the songs. The tracks will be available at Tamago da CRIATURA and the videos at Youtube da CRIATURA. The project aims to make possible an independent artist’s project and bring new people to the NEAR ecosystem from the videos released on Youtube and Instagram. To further promote CRIATURA&BERI’s channel on TAMAGO, we will also link the tracks there in order to move the web3 platform.
