Youtube video production and growth for Human Guild podcast series.
The goal:
Establish Human Guild as the leader for creators and developers to help them navigate in the blockchain world through Next Creators podcast.
The problem:
The podcast has not reached its maximum potential awareness. In addition, long-form including with short form content needs improvement and development to increase awareness and overall interest in the crypto community.
The solution:
The growth opportunity for the podcast is in short-form content. We created a Youtube Shorts channel for Human Guild to share the best moments from podcast there. In the first 3 months we managed to grow over 1.8k subscribers. We are looking to scale this channel and help make long-form podcast even better as it is with guests and overall production value which ultimately increases short-form content value that we can leverage to grow podcast.
Duration:
