For February, we intend to take on new leads, the contacts we have in the University of Ibadan and Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA). We are currently having discussions and negotiations with students in these institutions for the best ways we can come in to work with them. We hope to reach agreeable conclusions and make first steps to reach out to these institutions by the end of the month.
We also have or project UNILAG, which have suffered postponements due to the school’s irregular academic calendar. We have penned it into our schedule to resume contacts with the contacts we have in this school to enable us reach a conclusion and form a team like we did with LASU.
We also intend to launch our first program on CLUBHOUSE from next week. We would have an appropriate date and program by Tuesday, 11th January, 2022. Following that closely, we would have a prepared program for Telegram too. We should have a theme, and content and speakers for the session by next week too.
Any incurring cost would be communicated within or in the proposal for the next month.
The budget for the month 37.77 Near (620$). That would include mobility, accommodation, and feeding.

Unfortunately, $620 in NEAR is a bit beyond our treasury, I’d ask you to decrease it to $500. (In this month we can fund only 4 proposals per $500)
For February, we intend to take on new leads, our new contacts from the Federal University of technology, Akure. We are currently negotiating terms and suitable dates with students for the best ways we better access them. We hope to reach agreeable conclusions by the end of January and proceed to having sessions with them.
We also have a pending project with UNILAG which have been a little uneventful because we are still trying to find dedicated individuals who are aware of, and can give us easy access to a structure to work with. We have resumed our search for contacts, and a resourceful team that could work with us like we did with LASU.
We set up our CLUBHOUSE room, where we will be holding AMAs, and awareness sessions, with the intention of reaching a broader audience. Meetings held on the clubhouse would be open to other C1 excos that intend to schedule/host meetings in the room, this is so that the intention for creating the clubhouse room would be utilised and we would have several social media presence.

Virtual and physical meeting with UNILAG team between 29th - 8th February.
Virtual meeting and physical meeting with FUTA team, between 1st - 14th February.
First Clubhouse meeting on 1st February -room title “How NEAR are we”.
The intention is to introduce ourselves, let people into the room to listen to what we do and decide if they want to hop on the opportunities we offer.
The budget for the month would be 45 NEAR, equivalent to 500 USD.

I work with a three men team, and few volunteers from any the universities we intend to work with. @Oblakofficialss and @Cx-kariiwe are member of my team. We were headed by Dedeukwu who is now engaged with other things.
