( Proposal )Audio work shop

I am looking to bring Blake Harden in to do an Audio workshops.

This will be live streamed via twitch and projected in the C1 Gallery in Cryptovoxels with the aim of March 27th as a date.

Blake has over 40 billion streams to his name, and clients like Kendrick Lamar, Katy Perry etc.

This is something we have been holding on to and want to make movements with it. It is something that can be offered to the wider near community, as free education from such a reputable industry professional doesn’t come very often.

For this I would request a $500 USD payment to Blake.

Looks like the Date for the 27th is confirmed.

Blake will be mixing a track by STS which will be released as an NFT. This will be filmed and then Blake will make himself available in the C1 discord server for a Q&A session. STS is an amazing artists with an awesome career.

Bio for STS

Born and raised in Southwest Atlanta, in 2000, DonCarlos a.k.a S.T.S. arrived in Philly for what was to be a short visit. Then known as a Mecca for slam poets, Slim fell for the City of Brotherly Love and never left. He made his rounds on the Slam scene and quickly rose to prominence, earning the praise of legendary poet Black Ice who would become his mentor.

He became a regular at Black Lily, the now legendary series that started in Quest’s living room. At the urging of DJ Jazzy Jeff, Slim began rapping. He went on to co-write Ciara’s massive hit record “Oh” which became her third top-five single and stayed on the Hot 100 for 23 weeks. Before long, Slim had a record deal w/ Def Jam. But just weeks after signing, he was in a near-fatal car accident. Unable to walk let alone record, the deal was over.

After a long recovery, he connected w/ Black Thought and joined his group, the Money Making Jam Boys. The project featured a host of producers including Questlove, Jazzy Jeff, and a young Khari Mateen. STS would go on to appear on The Roots album How I Got Over, including the track “Right On” featuring Joanna Newsom.

Slim has continued to collaborate with artists of all genres. In 2015, he released an LP w/ producer RJD2, titled STS X RJD2. The following year, he released his first solo effort in 8 years, Ladies Night, on Ropeadope.

2018 started with, Better on a Sunday, a collaboration w/ producer and multi-instrumentalist, Khari Mateen (another member of the extended Roots crew). The album is 3 years in the making and began while the two were on the road w/ RJD2. The album will be released in January 2018 via Steel Wool (Anderson .Paak and Watsky).

Also in 2018 Slim returned home to Atlanta to work with DJ/Producer DailyBread on a project they called Edgewood & Boulevard which was released on Philos Records in December.

In May of 2019 Slim and Khari Mateen teamed up again to bring you there latest 5 track EP titled Spring/Summer Collection.

In 2020 DonCarlos moved to Berlin, Germany with his wife Laura to focus on their Commercial styling company and explore different art forms. In 2021 he and collaborator Lexsaburo released there EP with Universal France under the moniker ‘Black Catholics’.

In the fall of 2021 S.T.S.and L.@ND. will be releasing a series of singles related to street art and travel, to collectively be called ‘life.style.art’.
