Goal:
After transforming the Memento installation into a virtual catalog, the idea is to start working on a printed version.

About Bruno Baptitstelli - Memento’s artist
The solo exhibition of Bruno Baptistelli (São Paulo,1985) at the 55SP cultural platform entitled “Memento” (object that evokes something or someone; remembrance) is revealed to the public in a single work. The gold object, made from a mold of the artist’s dentition, is the main element of the proposition, and dialogues about buccality, esthetics and permanence.
About Bruno Baptistelli
Bruno Baptistelli (1985), São Paulo.
lives and works in São Paulo
Graduated in visual arts from UNICAMP, he uses several media in his practice, including from painting to installations and site-specific works.
Among his latest exhibitions, the following stand out: Enciclopédia Negra, Pinacoteca do Estado de São Paulo, 2021; IMS Invites, Instituto Moreira Salles, 2020; Blues (individual, text Hélio Menezes), Umtrabalhoumtexto, São Paulo, 2019; Afro-Atlantic Stories - MASP and Tomie Ohtake, São Paulo, 2018; Accumulation (individual, text Germano Dushá)
His works are part of the collections of important institutions, including MASP and the Pinacoteca de São Paulo.
