October holds a special place for me—it marks my one-year anniversary with Meta Pool, which I joined on October 5 last year. This month has been filled with fun, growth, and meaningful interactions within the Meta Pool community.
Here’s a look back at my October activities:
5 X Thread
I covered the month’s events on X by sharing Meta Pool’s October projects. Features included the RPGF #1 funding effort for mpDAO contributors, Meta Pool’s support for the [REDACTED] Hackathon, a collaboration between mpDAO and Potlock to enhance community cooperation, and Meta Pool’s Meme Showdown, which invited the community to display their greatest memes.
3 X Spaces
To cover important Meta Pool changes, I hosted Twitter Spaces. Among the subjects discussed were Meta Pool’s Q4 2024 roadmap, the launching of the stNEAR <> mpDAO Liquidity Pool on Ref Finance, and a discussion of the capabilities and advantages of liquid staking.
2 IRL Meet-Ups
During two IRL meet-ups, I shared insights and updates about Meta Pool. In one event, I visited a university to discuss Web3 use cases, focusing on Meta Pool’s Liquid Staking applications. The other meet-up centered on Meta Pool’s expansion and supported blockchains, emphasizing their role in the ecosystem.
3 Online Workshops
I led online workshops on Meta Pool’s ecosystem. We dove into topics like “Navigating Meta Pool’s Liquid Staking and the DAO Ecosystem” and “Maximizing Meta Pool Benefits,” exploring DAO participation. The final session looked forward to Meta Pool’s Q4 2024 roadmap, discussing upcoming developments and strategic goals for the quarter.
October has truly been a month of growth, collaboration, and celebration. Looking forward to November and all it has in store!
