Africa on the Rise will be an electrifying roundtable discussion and cultural activation during this year’s NearCon convention. The experience will be a collaboration between NEAR AFRICA and CDAO with production support by NDC TV. This content driven event serves as a unique platform for exploring the intersection of blockchain technology, decentralized systems, and the burgeoning African innovation landscape. Through engaging discussions and presentations, attendees will gain invaluable insights into the immense potential Africa holds in the blockchain and Web3 space.

They will explore the unique challenges and opportunities faced by African innovators in the blockchain and Web3 space, discussing topics such as regulatory frameworks, infrastructure development, and funding.

Additional Information about Near Africa
- Our team has successfully held a workshop on NEAR and BOS with university students in Cross Rivers State, Nigeria and more recently had a presence at EthAccra where we onboarded new developers and entrepreneurs to NEAR leveraging tools like Sharddog, and delivered a BOS workshop. Currently, we’re working on a Hackathon this October to November to bridge web2 developers to web3 on BOS.
