Hey everyone, I’ve been observing NEAR’s governance transition over the past two months and put together a field report summarizing the current dynamics around HoS, the inflation halving, the validator subsidy program and the veNEAR rewards program. The goal isn’t critique for critique’s sake, but to surface insights that can strengthen legitimacy and process. I’ve seen similar situations occur in other ecosystems that we could learn from.
