Meta Pool’s Moderator Program Report: March 2025

Meta Pool Moderators Program – Monthly Report

Coordinator Summary – March 2025

Introduction

Introduction
March 2025 continued to reflect the effectiveness of Meta Pool’s strategy of focalized and community-centered engagement, with initiatives that responded to both regional growth opportunities and cultural moments. The Moderators played a central role in ensuring these efforts were well-coordinated, supported, and amplified across platforms.

Key Highlights

1. Regional AMAs: Expanding Local Dialogue
This month, we continued with our strategy of region-specific AMAs, a format that allows us to strengthen relationships with local communities by communicating in their own language and time zone.

  • We hosted our second AMA in the Indonesian community, building on the momentum created earlier this year.
  • Additionally, we launched the first-ever AMA for the Latin American region, marking an important milestone in expanding our Spanish-speaking outreach.

These events not only increased visibility but also encouraged direct participation from community members in ongoing Meta Pool initiatives and protocol conversations.

2. Ramadan Reflection Activity
In alignment with Meta Pool’s mission to grow an inclusive and globally connected ecosystem, we launched the #MetaPoolRamadan activity.
This initiative invited users from communities observing Ramadan to share reflections, artwork, and stories connecting the spirit of the season with Web3, staking, and community values.

This culturally relevant activity helped us connect meaningfully with regions like the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia — and allowed moderators to take on a more active role in supporting and promoting participation.

3. New Rewards Structure for Moderators
To further recognize the contributions of our moderators, a new incentive model was introduced this month.
Moderators can now earn additional rewards by:

  • Hosting AMAs in collaboration with ambassadors
  • Driving participation in key online activities such as contests or campaigns
  • Maintaining 100% interaction consistency across Telegram, Discord, and other channels

This system is designed to motivate proactivity and offer more flexible pathways for engagement and impact, while maintaining the core responsibilities of moderation.

Looking Ahead

  • Continue expanding regional AMAs, especially in emerging hubs like Africa and Asia
  • Monitor the rollout and impact of the new rewards model, with adjustments based on feedback and outcomes

Conclusion
March demonstrated the growing strength of the moderator ecosystem and the value of targeted, culturally resonant initiatives. With the addition of new incentive structures and the continued expansion of region-specific engagement, the Meta Pool Moderators Program is on a strong path toward deeper participation and long-term sustainability.
