This is an NFT! refers to Magritte’s work by asking: where do we place the line of representation, the line of distinction between what is real and what is not real, in our lives today? Does this distinction remain significant and useful? Ironically, This is an NFT! creates both low and high tech NFTs. The low tech NFT is made of real and natural matter while the high tech NFT is characterized by the opportunities of exchange attached to iit: buying, selling, sharing the NFT. Then, which one of the two images is a real NFT?
