Growth Strategy for Gaming DAO: Building a Gaming Community

Dear NEAR Community, I am reaching out to present a strategic plan for the development and strengthening of the gaming community, united around Gaming DAO.

Problem:

Currently, the NEAR platform experiences a significant lack of an active gaming community. This results in numerous gaming projects facing limited user engagement, which in turn impedes their growth and development. The absence of an engaged audience hampers feedback acquisition, reduces marketing campaign effectiveness, and diminishes overall interest in the gaming platform. Gaming DAO aims to address this issue by implementing a strategy that not only supports gaming projects through funding but also actively engages in attracting and developing the gaming community within the NEAR ecosystem. Thus, Gaming DAO is focused on creating a dynamic environment where games supported by the DAO can thrive, thanks to an engaged and active audience.

Implementation plan:

1. Partnership Programs with Gaming Projects

  • Project Selection: Selection of high-quality and promising gaming projects in the NEAR ecosystem for partnerships.
  • Exclusive Content Creation: Development of unique collaborations and joint promotions that may include special gaming events, tournaments, skins, or in-game items unique to Gaming DAO members.
  • Cross-Promotion: Development of mutual advertising and support programs with partners, where each side promotes the other in their channels and communities.

2. Development and Expansion of the Gaming Community

  • Event Organization: Conducting regular online events such as gaming competitions, meetups, and conferences to strengthen the bonds within the community and attract new members.
  • Loyalty and Rewards Programs: Introduction of a rewards and loyalty system for active community members, including NFTs, exclusive skins, or access to private events.

3. Marketing and Promotion

  • Multichannel Marketing: Utilizing various channels (social media, streaming platforms, partner media) to promote Gaming DAO and its initiatives.
  • Influencer Marketing: Collaborating with well-known influencers to promote the community and partner projects.

4. Analytics and Optimization

  • Implementation of tools for tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize promotion strategies and increase ROI.
