Since March of 2023, I’ve been passionately working with the Gaming DAO council, shaping our charter, roadmap, and budget, and driving our mission to enhance NEAR’s blockchain gaming landscape.

In-Depth Analysis
Each project reviewed in December and January underwent rigorous evaluation for technical feasibility and potential impact on the ecosystem.
Budget and Outcome Alignment
Assessed budget requests, focusing on the value addition to the Gaming DAO community.
Interactive Feedback Sessions
Engaged in detailed discussions with proposers to refine, optimize their project plans and increase community engagements.
Support and Guidance
Actively provided mentorship and advice to the NEAR gaming community, nurturing emerging talents and projects.
Achievements
- Project Approvals: Successfully funded eight diverse gaming initiatives in December and January, totaling $57,200, marking a significant commitment to innovation and growth in the gaming ecosystem.
- Milestone Development: Worked with all approved projects to create milestones to ensure they achieve their goals and those of the Gaming DAO. Each submission is evaluated prior to payment and milestone progression.
My journey with the Gaming DAO has been a testament to our collective vision and commitment. The work and achievements in these months reflect a focused effort to foster a thriving gaming ecosystem on NEAR.
