Progress in the Week of 2021/03/08:
- Build: based on the feedback, refine the design and development of NEAR integration with one parnter (> 10K user base)
- UX: “a more meaningful airdrop” : design and planning
- Education: NEAR Certified Developer Program: help with cohort 2, with Sherif and Sasha
- Community: NEAR Developer Docs Chinese Translation: resume with proof reading, working on deploying Concepts chapter into staging
- Community: Technical posts proof reading: Eng Weekly, storage staking, etc.
- Event: get ready the Bridge presentation with Conflux
- Build: NFT with NEAR + a social blockchain: design and brainstorm
Priorities in the Week of 2021/03/15:
- Build: resume the testing and development with two partners with large user base
- UX: “a more meaningful airdrop” : work with wallet team and partner
- Community: NEAR Developer Docs Chinese Translation: deploy Concepts chapter into production
- Education: NEAR Certified Developer Program: prepare for NCD in Chinese, teacher plan, cookbook, etc.
- Community: Technical posts proof reading, depending on Homer’s plan
- Event: Bridge presentation with Conflux
- Education: Near Cheat Sheet: finish the design with Matt and Josh
- Build: NFT with NEAR + a social blockchain: design and planning
- Community: Plan for CN Dev Guilds

-Manually moved all grants into review
-Resolved the Grants technical bottleneck, thank you to Max for helping create a process that adds 40 engineers to the “Subject Matter Expert” group
-Cypherpunks Guild meeting with ZeroPool founders (private transactions coming to NEAR!)
-Deployed SheHacks India hackathon activation, sponsorship from NEAR + workshops from Sherif & Matt. Started Friday. Dani & Dorian will be judges for the main event.
-Added sponsorship for NFT Hackathon (starting next week!)
