[PT] Olá! Demorei, mas aqui estou. Para mim a NEAR tem sido, entre muitas descobertas e aprendizados, um espaço de poder imaginar e realizar. Além de proporcionar uma conexão, ampliação do olhar e vivências. Acredito num mundo mais colaborativo e menos competitivo, além de lutar por colocar a mulher nos espaços de poder, de acesso e de informação - um lugar que nos foi negado por muitos e muitos anos. Aqui, posso colocar em prática a minha grande paixão que é conectar pessoas e criar/gerenciar projetos culturais, aliado a nova paixão que é a Tecnologia e tudo que envolve este novo mundo. Estou aprendendo enquanto faço e isso é maravilhoso!
Para mim, as três palavras são:

- DIVERSIDADE E INCLUSÃO
[EN] Hello, it took me a while, but here I am. For me NEAR has been, among many discoveries and learnings, a space to imagine and realize. Besides providing a connection, broadening my outlook, and experiences. I believe in a more collaborative and less competitive world, besides fighting for placing women in spaces of power, access, and information - a place that has been denied us for many, many years. Here, I can put into practice my great passion that is connecting people and creating/managing cultural projects, allied to a new passion that is technology and everything that involves this new world. I am learning as I go, and that is wonderful!
