I couldn’t comment at the time and I communicated the issue to Paul via Telegram. I designed that flyer and I have the photoshop files on my PC till date to prove it with all the dates and everything intact. There is no fraud here.

Just thinking here for what reasons a serious complaint like this would be taken as “drama”, and actions are not taken, such as seeing that something wrong is not right, admit it and investigate further instead of simply already coming on the defensive saying nothing with nothing. How ugly! There’s definitely something weird going on with the bountys, if you haven’t noticed, maybe you’re part of the scheme or you’re very oblivious to the community. Creatives definitely needs improvement. Sad but true. Congratulations Isa for the courage to go against the stream of fakes. We’ve had enough of this, enough!

Remember the NOTE3 I made regarding the introduction of NV Artists in my post? A super thanks to Ligaya.near council of the Filipino Artists Guild…
I want to take advantage of the fuss of the case and ask whoever is going to review all this stuff, to also add to their research the following stores from the Philippines that follows a very similar pattern to VN Artists DAO.
I haven’t had time to dig into the research here, but the settings in the stores are similar to VN, some artists without profile pictures.
I also had a quick look at the FILIPINO-ARTIST-DAO tag, and guess what?
There are partnerships with VN Artist DAO, William is always commenting and supporting the actions there, and one of the Mods is also a council there, Kc Sollano
Moderator @kc_sollano also got William for those Sandbox awards I posted about VN Artists, but in November, two months earlier than the other names I brought up.
It may seem like no big deal when you look at the store and the partnerships within the ecosystem, but once again when you go to the MONEY TRANSACTIONS track you realize that it is no ordinary wallet.

I will leave some more links for you to check because I don’t intend to go deeper into this investigation, I have already exposed a lot of things here and they are probably after my head.
Always note the dates and times of transactions, especially from VN Artists DAO, the times of transactions from one wallet to the other are always very close.
I believe that you have better token tracking mechanisms than I have to look at each transaction one by one.
It’s a shame all this is happening, it’s a shame that the Creatives who worked seriously and hard will end up being penalized by a percentage that wanted to take advantage of everyone.
This is all very sad.
But since there is no one to turn to, it is the community itself that has to fight.
At least I can say that I did my part, I was transparent and not corrupted.

It took some time to read this topic, I couldn’t imagine that such actions as multiple bounties abuse is here on NEAR. To be sincere, I’m new on the forum and registered to submit my work for logo bounty. I hope my account will not be called sock puppet someday. You did a great work @Isa_Danoninho, and I hope that team will do something about it.

Due to vague schemes, real enthusiasts cannot realize themselves. Real people can’t get their rewards, and the rewards go to the same wallets. Real users are not always disappointed and stop being active. This is a serious problem of the Near ecosystem. I am studying the wallets that you have indicated. We need @illia, @marieke.flament , @David_NEAR to pay attention to the problem. @illia and @marieke.flament , you don’t even need to look for something in this case, all the results are published on the forum. When we begin to disclose fraudulent schemes, we are ignored or complaints are sent to our messages. Later I will also publish part of the fraudulent schemes without a report or with a fake report.

When i build Filipino artist Guild 8 months before and we onboarded lot of Filipino Artist into Near and Paras and other marketplaces until Now.
Filipino Artist guild Focus on onboarding and Guiding People and artist Into Web3 that based on Philippines.
I recieved a Message From william march 2022 without knowing who is he that time and filartist-dao is just one month in near that time when we talk. We have Hop on the meeting to discussed about F.A.G initiative and Other topics related about the guild. He said he loved to build a Vietnamese Artist Guild to onboard Creative people in vietnam Country.
Next the Stores.
If have more energies to dig in the stores you can see that Arts minted on the Store is from all the Nfts From our Art challenges with the permission of the members. One is For the Winners Arts store and the treasures Store is For the open store Used by the community to Mint and list their Nfts to the Auction marketplace as we collaborated to more Creatives Dao Before.
If u seen similar strategies in some dao maybe because we also observing other Dao strats in the field that we are still learning. Like adding minters from Bounties in stores like other did.
Hope u get my point and my part here ill answer this in behalf of them based on what i know. 
And lasty the Qouted Links of wallets and Addresses is that some of the members has no Binance Account and can’t trade the nears to Usd and Usd to peso, so what they are doing is Find a trusted friend in the Community and send their Nears to them so that person will convert the token into money after that they’ll send the money to their Gcash account to claim. Hi all, was at Token2049 event so couldn’t reply to this topic on time. This thread has gone too far with language and attitude of some members. By the way, I’m here to respond on some accusation about my connection with people & accounts in this thread.
Winners of bounties: Our strategy when establishing the DAO is to onboarding people to build up community before coming up with further plan, that’s why bounties & cross DAOs/Guilds collab activities were created. Introducing Binance for new users is not easy, we gathered people to helped them do P2P step-by-step & the same thing replies by months because most of members for got the steps => Transaction can be made in the same day. More over, since August we decided to lower the allocation for competition => more focus on educational material.
With FAG & other Creatives Mods:
Before creating VAD, I reached Ligaya from FAG to understand more information. That’s why we had our first collaboration with FAG, I don’t think there’s a problem with that !?
Before joining Creatives DAO, I was the project co-odinator at the Open Web Sandbox, we recruit people by 2 steps: Internal interview and interview with projects. If the candidate is qualified, they got chosen, @kc_sollano, @agnesba, @IamnotRapper or other people were active contributors that time, and having connection with them is nothing wrong here, I don’t understand why my previous job was put up here, but just to clarify, yes, I have connection with them, and they are real people with good skills.
With other VN Artists DAO councils & famous figures in Vietnam:
Citing again, my fellow councils focus on their work and onboarding them is not an easy job. @IamnotRapper (Edwin) was an OWS contributors and he’s from Vietnam so we have connection. @Mer was onboarded by me, she’s quite famous around universities & indie music community in Vietnam, getting her on the team, I had to sit down to do some sample transactions to prove that crypto can actually be converted to Fiat. We always appear in full in our offline events, they were successful partly thanks to her big influence. (I don’t think you need to be very active on forum to prove that you’re a real human, you can check her profile & introduction for NxM to know more).
Why their work is streamlined? They have specific role that Edwin will manage bounties, competition & social media. Mer helps with community engagement, out reach & reviewing contract with suppliers when we do workshop.

Hi @Isa_Danoninho I’m SG one of the councils of the Filipino Artist Guild for a couple of months now and I own the guaschingmachines.near wallet that you are suspecting and all the other council members are @nirvanaraf11 @midofrbs @maryrazel.near @runesofuttoria @saii @quiapogi.near and, yes, we are open for all the review and questions that anyone might have.
To add, we are also sending the monthly reports and a thorough records of each event that we had in the past and up to date. There are also descriptions of the transactions that was made on the astrodao. Please feel free to review them first and then come back with the questions. We can do it anytime but I’d prefer a Saturday or Sunday as I also have a 9-5 job.

Hi @Isa_Danoninho , Thank you for putting this effort and the courage to stand up and report any kind of misbehaviour within the Community.
From reading your whole investigation and a little bit of my investigation, I couldn’t be convinced with most of the proofs you have made within your post. However, in the recent light of this event, the NF and NEAR Community does acknowledge the lack of efficiency from @creativesdao-council in term of funding for projects/proposals or the mis-use of funding on approved proposals.
Hence, multiple discussions and actions are happening within the NEAR core team itself and throughout the widened Community.
Again, everyone should be reminded that we are still in the testing phase of everything which means we have to try out as best as we can, 1 example of failure doesn’t mean we stop trying until we figured it what is right and what is wrong.
Come back to the main topic of this post, I very strongly recommend you and everyone who has doubt about the @VN Artists DAO to have a chat with @williamx or perhaps could have an AMA/Twitter Space/Calls with whoever concerning this matter to figure all un-answer questions.
With everything being said, please consider my suggestion and connect with both parties to work on a better solution.
Again, please consider a better choice of words when you express yourself within the NEAR Community - A positive and constructive words can bring out a better result.
