Train artists to open wallet and to mint their NFTS
Retain artists through encouragement
Since the majority of our community members are NFT artists, it is proper that we onboard more of them and retain the ones that are already in the community. This will facilitate mass adoption for the NEAR ecosystem.
Our activities have been designed to reach our 3 main objectives: to educate, to train, and to retain. We still maintain the same operation that we have been doing for roughly a year now: individually invite artists, hold weekly engaging meetings, produce how-to videos, write blogs, translate materials, produce infographics, conduct long-form interviews, and manage the community.
Breakdown of activities:
4 Weekly engaging meetings ~ 1,200 USD
4 Recorded guest interviews ~ 600 USD
2 or more written blogs ~ 400 USD
2 or more translations ~ 300 USD
2 tutorial videos ~ 800 USD
4 infographics ~ 200 USD
Daily social media/community management ~ 2,000 USD
Total Payout Request: 5,500 USD

The artists that we invited last year are already making a killing in the NFT world. NEAR has made a huge positive impact on the lives of our community. We want to duplicate that impact with the operation that we have been doing since we started February 2021.
Hi @drewmarpa – I agree with @Klint and @David_NEAR – I think we need to see more detail to understand the scope and specific activities that you are proposing across your channels.
Can you also share links to your work? Where are the blog posts, tutorial videos, infographics, social media etc being published? And who is producing them? Is there a team and if so, who is contributing to the team?
We, the NEAR Philippines community, are happy to see the progress that Marketing DAO has made with regards to the new structure. We are thrilled to move forward with this arrangement.
However, because of the recent natural disasters and covid situation in our country, the community got derailed from our main focus. In response we tried to raise funds and assist the needy instead.
We are just sorting things out among ourselves with relief goods and monetary support, and medical assistance, so all key members can operate at full capacity with their damaged gadgets.
Now that we beginning to recover, we are reorienting our mission statement, the objectives, and the supporting activities based on the current need of the community in our region.
We shall update you as soon as we have sorted things out. Please pardon the premature proposal without proper context and scope. The premature proposal was a knee-jerk reaction to the pressure to submit sooner.
Thank you for your patience with us.
For now, we shall provide you with the links to our previous monthly reports, so you would get a taste of the platforms we post our contents on, the kinds of tutorial and explainer videos, infographics that we have consistently delivered for a year now.
