Budget Breakdown

  • Council | @naveen_in : $500
  • 2 NFT Week Agents collecting the details of daily events
    $ 1000 X 2 Agents = $ 2000 | Working Hours 24+ Hrs /Week
  • 2 Relation Officers (RO) doing weekly communication with the communities before posting the content.
    $200 X 2 RO = $ 400
  • 1 AMA on Twitter Space
    $100

Total Amount : $3000

Note: For the budget of Social Media, Content Writing, Graphic Designing and Email Marketing we will be approaching to Marketing DAO.

Expected Monthly Metrics for Success

  • Sustain our existing 10 Marketplaces and 8 Communities using the NFT Week Newsletter.
  • Collaborate with at-least 3 communities/marketplace every month for sharing the news via our platform.
  • At-least 10% increase in our Weekly Newsletter Subscribers list. Right now we have 200+
  • Increase 10% users in week.nearnft.club monthly visitors reach. For June it was 400+ New Users.

Hello!

Please add the expected metrics, how are you going to measure the success of the whole proposal.

As we transition as a community and prepare ourselves to give bigger reports back to NEAR Foundation for the metrics of our Creatives DAO Community, we would like to ask if you could add in a section at the end of your proposal around your expected metrics for success. This can be things likes number of participants expected, what outcomes, which/how many products, etc. Basically consolidating your outcomes into metrics. This will make it easier to relate to those number when you make your next report and when we make a larger report for the community as a whole.

  • @Desmond_NNW has been one of our first Relational Officer (RO) and has helped us in connecting all the Marketplaces Representatives.
  • May was his last month of working with us and currently he is helping us to train the replacements on his behalf.
  • The budget requested here for the RO is going to be shared with the new one.
