Goal : Invite visual artists (including designers and photographers) whose work centers around social and environmental themes to share their expectations from, and experiences with, the NFT marketplace, providing data to support the creation of the Artivist Dapp.
Justification : We need to listen to the perspective of artists who might be interested in joining our platform when it’s launched so that we can offer them a satisfactory experience and attract more artists to the project.
This bounty is linked to our approved budget for May.
About Artivist Dapp Project : Our main goal with Artivist is to build a web platform connecting artists, activists, and social and environmental organizations in fundraising campaigns. We are currently building the beta version of the dapp and want to better understand the expectations of artists when it comes to the most relevant features of a dapp that promotes this kind of collaboration. We are seeking six artists who are willing to share their views in a 30-minute to 1-hour call. There is no need for the artist to prepare anything in advance. We will choose a varied pool of interviewees in terms of the social/environmental cause supported and geographical location. If you are interested, please respond to this call with a link to your website or portfolio until May 12 (Thursday). Interviews will take place until May 25.

Hello! I am very interested in your work. I was working with some of my friends that identify as working class that are also artists interested in environmental issues and I was onboarding them to my Mintbase store. It just didn’t work. They were interested but then never actually did anything. As you can see my art but just one NFT from one other artist that he didn’t even list for sale: Dreamscape Art Collective on Mintbase Then I tried recruiting other NEAR artists and NFT artists but didn’t get any response. Not sure if class consciousness and environmental consciousness is too specific? I know SO MANY artists concerned about those issues. Very interested in everything you are doing!!
[CLOSED] Thank you to all artists who responded! I will get in touch with @LulucaL@toddpham@Goa and @kodandi to arrange the interview starting next week.
Because we only had 4 respondents, we will invite another two artists to share their views with us.
Hello @LulucaL@toddpham@Goa and @kodandi, thank you for your contribution to Artivist! Please send me your Near wallet in a message so that I can pay your bounties.
