Burlesque DAO Grant Program is a cutting-edge initiative that brings together the worlds of comedy, arts, and blockchain technology. Our DAO was designed to support comedy/arts performers and related projects that promote web3 and the Near ecosystem. We believe that comedy and the arts are essential to building a vibrant and diverse blockchain community, and our grant program is a way for us to support the growth of this community.

To be eligible for our grant program, you must âś“
have a registered wallet on the Near platform. If
you don’t have one, you can create one
here before registering as a
member. -
You must also have a registered account on the
NEAR Governance Forum -
You must be an active member of the Burlesque
community.
Tips:
• We are looking to fund ideas related to
Burlesque/Art that would educate and onboard
more web2 creatives to our community.
• Workshops and Training: By investing in the
development of new talents, the Near Ecosystem
cultivates a thriving and diverse community,
contributing to its expansion.
• Community Outreach: We are to support
community outreach initiatives.
This could involve organizing charity shows or
partnering with local organizations to bring
burlesque performances to underserved
communities. Such initiatives not only help build a
positive reputation for the Near Ecosystem but
also ensure the inclusivity and accessibility of the
art form, fostering further growth.
• You may apply for a Maximum of $150 USD in
funding to execute your ideas. In which you get
$100 for executing your project and the remaining
$50 after completion of project.
• We are also interested in ideas that would
encourage creatives to have active interactions
on the dapps built on the Near platform.

Submission Process:
To submit your proposal, create a new topic on the Near Governance Forum with the name of your project and period of execution. For example - [Burlesque Outreach] - July 2023
Use the following tags:
• Where it says “uncategorized,” type and select
the “Creative DAO” tag.
• In the “optional tags” box, select both the
“Burlesque & Proposals” tags
Your Proposal:
Fill in the main text input field with your detailed proposal.
Once you have completed your submission, select the “Create Topic” button in blue at the bottom left to complete your application.
