Proposal overview:
The NDC BUIDL HOUSE is an initiative to foster engagement within the web3 community. Organized in collaboration with Supermoon, this activation will feature discussions, interactive elements, swag distribution, and content creation, addressing critical topics in the blockchain space. The event will provide a conducive environment for discussions, networking, and showcasing the potential of NDC within the context of EthDenver.

The agenda for the activation includes a diverse range of discussions, filling ten speaking slots on topics such as Decentralized Governance and Achievements, Grassroots DAOs’ Leaders and Ecosystem Founders, NDC Voting Mechanisms and Election Procedures, and more. The event will also host podcasts, media production sessions, and an open house for co-hacking, learning, and networking.

Content Creation:
To capture the essence of the event, twelve professional interviews with ecosystem project founders will be conducted. Potential partners for these interviews include Sweat Economy, Meteor Wallet, HERE Wallet, and other ecosystem founders and grassroots DAO leaders.

$1,500 travel budget will be allocated to @Dacha , @satojandro , @waxnear , @sasha , @johanga , @kiskesis , @rexux_in , @Dk_51 participants. Complete expense reports are expected from each participant, and any unused funds will be returned to the Community Treasury (Trust).
The scope of work for the NDC team encompasses the following key responsibilities:

Participate in NDC Panels: Actively engage in NDC panels, contributing valuable insights.

Participate in NDC Working Hours: Dedicate time and effort to actively participate during designated NDC working hours.

Take Shifts at the Near Protocol Booth: Fulfill assigned shifts at the Near Protocol booth, representing NDC.

Engage the Community to Join NDC: Proactively connect with the community, encouraging participation and fostering a sense of inclusion within the NDC initiative.

Build Relationships with Potential NDC Partners: Cultivate relationships with potential NDC partners, establishing connections that contribute to the growth and success of the NDC community.
Note:
To ensure a seamless experience, we will avoid intersections or overlapping with NEAR events/speakers at the leading conference of EthDenver.
