Good day! We have updated the proposal with the relevant metrics (based upon data from previous events of the same projects).
All funding and payout related functions will be executed through our recently deployed AstroDAO from this month onwards. We had been functioning as a DAO this way since our formation, via our Sputnik.
When the KYC verification changes were made, and a target wallet was instead needed to be provided; our council had assumed that this meant that all payouts for these proposals were meant to be handled from the same wallet. We had continued to do so, even after deploying our Astro. Thanks to recent clarification from @FritzWorm; We are now aware that we should instead be using the Astro the same way we had been with our Sputnik (with the KYC target wallet acting as just a midway point between the funds deposited from Near Foundation, to be immediately deposited into our AstroDAO.)
The council would like to apologize for the confusion on our end.
