Building a proposal for a web3 project is to build the team, onboard the team, and create the whitepaper or the documentation, and of course, it is nice to do so with a graphic designer so it can bring people’s attention.
It’s a kind of part of the trust-building process to build proposals first for your own project and introduce them to the community… Much like any other funding process elsewhere, taking into account that the project ownership is your own.
So, the proposal/application and initial process are generally not paid.
