I believe just to avoid discombobulation and complication.
All delegates are potential endorsed delegates and if HOS is claimed to be decentralized and follow governance the community need to choose their champion through stake weight voting.
Now that the site is live we can implement this and start and election or we have another alternative the Endorsed delegates would serve for 3-6 months, prolly 3 months to help us understand the system better then later shift power to community representatives unless others would see this as potential conflict of interest and Nepotism.
I’m not against any process just speaking out for a more decentralized system.
