The monthly Keystyle Contest started on DAOrecords Discord server from the 8th of October until 23rd of October. Participants need to write a 16 bars poetry in our #lyricists-lounge channel, participants will try to use and include all 8 (Eight) of the given big/unique words. Here are the “unique/big words” for this month:
- cupidity
- saxicolous
- unparagoned
- remunerative
- excogitate
- gasconading
- coruscant
- bellwether
Below are the 5 participants that have been participating for the Keystyle Contest on our discord server:
Originally they were 3 judges assigned for this contest but I added @masiaone to the judges panel alongside @vandal, @_Tech1 and @Paul. The judges marked each participants based on the following criteria which consist of of 5 marks each:
- Relevance usage from the “unique/big words” given.
- Creativity/Style & Originality
- Coherence of form and structure (harmony of words, presentation)
- Clarity of imagery and language
- Presentation of poem with confidence, intonation and expression
There has been a tie between Felicia and T.O.B.I Paradise but due to the fact that T.O.B.I sent his poem after the countdown ends plus didn’t used 2 of the purposed unique/big words given, he can only finished 2nd instead of a tie 1st placing with Felicia. Psychosis making up the final placing for this month’s contest. Rewards has also been sent to all winners.
