Introduction In this report, we present the progress made in the script development of the film “UM HOMEM” which has been a collaborative effort between renowned filmmakers Rubens Rewald, Thaís Almeida Prado and me Nathalia Lorda (an apprentice in the art of screenwriting). Script Development Timeline Between the months of September and October 2022, considerable strides were made in the script development, primarily focusing on the fourth act of the film. During this phase, the team skillfully explored the complex relationship between memory and reverie that shapes the central character’s journey, adding depth and nuance to the narrative.
Scenic Reading at Satyros Festival As part of the creative process and to gauge the reception of the script, a theatrical version of the fourth act was presented at the esteemed Satyros Festival. This compelling live reading allowed the team to receive valuable feedback from the audience and fine-tune elements of the script for a more immersive experience.
NFT Creation As a testament to the unique artistic nature of the project, the team decided to commemorate the theatrical presentation by creating two non-fungible tokens (NFTs). The first NFT includes a captivating video.gif of the theatrical reading along with the fourth act of the script. The second NFT features the artistic flyer used to promote the presentation.
