We are glad that you liked the project that we have been working for almost 9 years in different universities in all Venezuela where I was part of delegations that went to Europe several times to represent Venezuela and Santa Maria University (the college where I studied). So, for that reason, our background maintains updated to be executed in new projects like this one. We are excited to involve and to engage blockchain and crypto with the Model of United Nations. For that reason count on us and our experience to create a process to help to organize UN MUN around the world. Maybe, we can discuss that after the results of the 1st NEAR Model of United Nations, we willl see it with the NEAR community. Thoughts?
Indeed, we will onboard those participants (delegates, moderators, organizers, etc) to the NEAR protocol and their community with the mail registration under their consent and consequently the opening of the NEAR Wallets. After this, they will interact with Astro and elevate the debate about this topic in the committees (spaces of discussion within MUN). So, I propose that one of the Committees would be: Multi-DAO Structures Management in the DeFi of the Delegations. Sounds good right? I’d like to connect and interact with you about this project

Regarding your questions:
1- A MUN is organized on the basis of those interested who register by paying an initial fee per delegate, plus a special fee per delegation; With which each delegate assumes a personal cost of between $20 to $40 depending on the level of the event, taking into account that it is our mission to make the Model of United Nations at the highest state-of-the-art level. If we multiply $20x60 delegates (approx) we find a result of $2,400 only in registrations. The rental of the spaces (about $700-900 approx.). The drinks of a whole weekend of debate, the cost of the prizes, rental of sound and audiovisual equipment, the payment of an expert team in organizational protocol and logistics, plus the recognition for the work of the boards of directors and organizers of the event; we can denote that the budget could exceed $ 5000 dollars. However, from my experience, the most important thing for the organization besides the funds and sponsors, is the knowledge regarding the UN system of debate, that it’s only acquired by people who work primarily inside governmental organizations like the UN, EU, African Union, etc or students that starts early in high-school and get familiarized on how MUN’s works. 2- The Models of UN could be a guild in itself, a conglomerate of students that are organized every 2 or 3 months to hold debates based on United Nations model commissions, which, being already a well-organized guild in Venezuela. The only thing that is needed is to give it a formality within the Blockchain technology, specifically to open a Guild and a DAO so that NEAR can be the flag of the Model United Nations in Venezuela and worldwide (what no other project, protocol, cryptocurrency or startup within the blockchain has done. NEAR could be the first).
Let’s imagine: Each delegation and member of it, that there are hundreds in the country (a project that could be more expensive), with a NEAR wallet, following a social network, all united in a Telegram group and Discord channel on Blockchain technology and of course with a profile in the NEAR governance forum. A Decentralized Autonomous Organization is possible for the Model United Nations in Venezuela and its name is NEARMUN. We can unify Metaverses through MUN’s. Sounds possible
That’s being said, and sorry for the extensiveness but we like to be detailed as much as possible, we would appreciate confirming with you what is the best way to get the funds of this project in order to obtain asap the support and begin to start working on the promotion and organization of the 1st NEAR Model of United Nations - Venezuela Edition.
