A new month, a new opportunity to share a report

Even when things are going slow in comparison with other months, maybe related to a bear market sentiment, there are still project leaders building and looking for help. This month I want to feature the GeNEARy Metaverse proposal:

Fritz Intro:

We are creating this Telegram group with influencers on NEAR similar to another group that already exist called Growth Channel Leaders, but here more focused on NFT Projects. + We want to open this space for discussion about projects

Maybe we have insights or strong opinions about a project and we want to discuss, as there are many NFT bad projects with fake followers or there is an amazing project that needs more promotion. Anything, feel free to chill & shill.

We all can share hot info about projects. We can be updated with Alfa news, and we decide if we like a project and then help them.

The key is to show how Near is so amazing to build on top by helping in so many different ways to achieve success and help new projects to build community and be known.

We are not creating a rewarded focused group, but yes we are going to share rewarded campaigns from projects.

We have here the Project Ops Team (check introduction and general report ([Introduction & General Report] Project Ops - Concierge Team)) that will close the distance between new projects with the Influencers.

So one of the pros is that by helping NFT Projects on NEAR to build community and be known, we might receive NFTs as a reward, or by helping a token launch we might receive a good portion of the airdrop.

We are still going to be adding other influencers in the upcomming days, and soon we will start spreading the word of NEAR news from here with you fam

A brief explanation of what we intend to achieve with this group of remarkable people.

The main goal is to promote interaction and discussion among members of the community. To make this happen, we want to convert this group into an exclusive pack of NFT critics.

We will do group reviews of specific NFT projects that will be brought to the table weekly.

After some discussion, we will promote those projects the group thinks are the best candidates to achieve an effective and, most important REAL promotion of the best projects in the ecosystem.

We will advise and help those projects we think have the potential to be great candidates but are not quite there by giving advisory and guidance.

With this group, we will help the NEAR ecosystem choose the best NFT projects to support. And also, our negative feedback will help the concierge team support the projects that need help achieving specific goals.

Down the road, this group can evolve into a trusted platform that measures the quality of NFT projects by providing the opinion of our distinguished set of critics and the opinion of the community itself, something like what Rotten Tomatoes do with films and TV shows.

Guilds / On-chain communities

As part of my duties, I am giving my best to help the leadership of several communities. For this month we have 3 on-chain communities A.K.A. Guilds to feature:

1. Near Argentina
   Achievement → LATAM HUB

2. Merchants of NEAR
   Achievement → Reboot of activities
   Our biggest unofficial community is now more decentralized and is offering more opportunities to the community.

3. Near Venezuela
   Achievement → 21 active members in AstroDAO + Onboard of more than 200 participants into Near University + Venezuela developers leading several dApps

Making easy to create AMA banners with good quality

• Thanks to communities where I am involved, as a host I was able to invite project leaders as speakers on Twitter spaces (both projects received from @HaiVu):

(long pending) Get the list of wallets from Gallery Stats for an Airdrop campaign (Gallery Stats team is busy, we fail to receive help from them) → Now waiting for NearBlocks team to share a list of active wallets so we can run our first test from the @ConciergeTeam with the lead of @KriptoRaptor
2. T-Shirts designs + Possible Cross Collab with Swag Store
   Idea: T-Shirts will have cool designs + QR Code to ease onboarding (Possible Faucet Wallet Creation with the help of NEARamp to avoid spam)
3. Website development for Project Ops + Ecosystem Success team

1. The long-pending goal is finally concluded. We now have a curated list of wallets with the most active NEAReans. Thanks to @KriptoRaptor and thanks to @Kemal for erasing all the non-legible addresses.

2. We run a AMA with NEARamp. The design is on hold. The initiative will resume soon.

3. Content is now approved. The next step is to build the website code/or use a template.
