I’m Hai Vu, a member of the project ops team, under NEAR Concierge team, in charge of supporting Aurora Defi projects, the Octopus app chains, and Infrastructure projects as follows:

Moderation, support for 7-10 users per day on NEAR Discord and other related communities.

*Conduct an airdrop campaign with Onto wallet to bring more followers to NEAR blockchain & users to NEAR discord.
*Advise & support NEARity on-chain community for the funding request.
*Connect with METAWEB VC with project ops for funding further projects.
*Got the confirmation on NEARprojects.guide draft content to start building a website
*Join the Round Robin Initiative and bring new users to NEAR
Barriers
*Grant process status/application: no clear way to check the status
