For each sucesfull brought videos and media posts.
We will keep with same flat 25 NEAR per video (150-200 USD)
and for additional media 10 NEAR (70-100 USD)
October plan is to get 13 videos (13x25=325 NEAR)
And 5 TG and newsmaking posts. (10x5=50 NEAR)

So community management will take 625 NEAR
